What ELC markets are like.

Our markets are vibrant and inspiring, curated with contemporary art, craft and design. We look for both emerging and established makers to join us from a variety of disciplines. This is about creating a space where people can buy in a considered way and connect with the creative behind the work, while you get to be part of a creative community, supported, seen and celebrated.

How do I apply to your markets?

We have application forms on our website, these will open three times a year March, June and September here.

How much are stalls? and when will I have to pay?

The Stall fee varies dependent on location, fee’s are taken 5 weeks before the event.

Newcastle Markets in 2023 are £85 for a full table, £45 for a half table.

Sheffield Markets in 2023 are £85 for a full table, £45 for a half table.

Edinburgh Markets in 2023 are £120 for a full table, £60 for a half table.

Newcastle Markets in 2024 are £85 for a full table, £45 for a half table.

Sheffield Spring Markets 2024 are £85 for a full table, £45 for a half table our Winter Market 2024 price will increase this year tbc.

What’s included in the Stall Holder Fee?

What being part of the Makers Market includes

On the four week run up, there will be 2 weekly Online calls, for inspiration, co-working and shared advice. A group chat on instagram and a private space to ask questions.

Marketing that speaks to your customer.
Artwork is created by Han Valentine and you’ll be given assets you can use on your own platforms to shout about the event.

We will have a dedicated directory page on our website, with your web and instagram links on, alongside a picture of yourself and a  picture of your latest work.

You will feature on instagram/Facebook and Twitter

a weekly newsletter with inspiration on market prep.

And on market day

you will be provided with a table and seat, table size will vary depending on preference.

How do you curate the Markets?

I start by looking for these 3 things

  • unique design and quality product

  • is in keeping with the playful and contemporary aesthetic of Endless Love Creative

  • a proactive social feed with a clear consistent style and voice

Can I apply to more than one market?

Yes, please make sure that if you do apply to more than one that you would like to do more than one, not always but sometimes you may be offered two or more of the events you applied for.

How many Stall holders do you take on for an event?

For the Sheffield event there is space for 60 stall holders, for Edinburgh 45 stall holders and for Newcastle 60.

Can I get a refund?

The stall fee’s are non refundable.

Can I Share a stall with a friend?

You can apply as a collective. The markets are curated, including the floor plan. If both yourself and a friend have secured a half table at the market, you can get in touch to see if you can table together. Where possible we will accommadate your requirements .

Can I bring a extra display props?

This is done on a case by case basis, on most occasions, one extra prop can be accommodated, this includes a 3ft rail, a medium sized floor browser or a card spinner.
